If you need a sample, here's how it works:
- Hose Samples (Less to 1 meter & unfinished item): The sample is free of charge, but you will need to cover the courier fees.
Our shipping port is China New Port, It is located in northern China, making it one of the major ports in the region.
We typically offer a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If any issues arise within this period, we will provide the necessary support to resolve the problem, including repair or replacement of the product. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction ensures that you can trust in the durability and performance of our products.
We primarily accept payments in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and Chinese Yuan (RMB).
Our payment terms are usually determined based on the order details and the customer's country. The most common payment terms are:
- 30% Deposit: We require a 30% deposit to initiate the order, with the balance paid before shipment. This ensures that both parties are committed to the transaction and helps us manage production costs.
